The 2008 Silver Wing 400 was the last year of the first-generation 400 before Honda restyled the range as the SW-T400. It kept the 398 cc fuel-injected twin, automatic belt drive, combined braking and large under-seat storage. A reviewer liked its quick getaway and easy manners in traffic but found the short screen caused buffeting for a tall rider, with some vibration through the bars.
